Updated on October 5, 2026 ✓ Information checked on October 5, 2026 adapted from the Portuguese original
This policy explains how Trancoso Guide (trancosoguide.com) processes personal data, in accordance with Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
Who the controller is
The data controller is 4D Desenvolvimento Pessoal Ltda., CNPJ 49.142.726/0001-58, which is responsible for Trancoso Guide. Requests about personal data are received through the contact form.
What data we collect
We only collect what you send in the forms:
- Contact: name, email, subject and message.
- Business listing: business name, category, address, website, Cadastur number (optional), contact person’s name, email and additional information.
The forms ask for your consent before sending. To protect the site against spam and abuse, we also record an anonymized technical identifier derived from your IP address, which changes every day and is used only to limit repeated submissions. We do not ask for phone numbers or WhatsApp.
What we use it for
- To reply to your message.
- To review and, where appropriate, publish the business listing. From listings, we only publish business details (name, category, address, website and source), never the contact person’s name or email.
- To protect the forms against automated submissions.
Form data is kept for as long as needed to reply to and follow up on your request. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and the cookie notice
When you open the site, you see a cookie notice with an “Ok, got it” button. Analytics and marketing tools are only loaded after you accept, and only if they are configured on the site:
- Google Analytics 4: measures visits and the most-read pages, in aggregate.
- Meta Pixel: measures visits and form submissions for campaigns on Meta’s networks.
Without your acceptance, these tools are not loaded. You can delete the site’s cookies and data in your browser at any time.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
The site may display Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. You can adjust ad personalization in your Google account’s ad settings. Learn more on Google’s page about how it uses cookies in advertising.
Sharing
Form data is processed on the site’s hosting server and sent to the team’s email. It is not passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. Browsing data collected by Google and Meta, when enabled, is also subject to those companies’ policies.
Your rights
Under the LGPD, you can request:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete or out-of-date data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
- information about sharing;
- withdrawal of consent.
Make your request through the contact form, choosing the appropriate subject. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
We use a secure connection (HTTPS), spam filters and restricted access to the data we receive.
